Scores of 300 in one-day internationals are now quite common and the way this score was considered to be the scale of victory, nowadays, no score is safe. Until March 2006, a team did not even score a score of 400, but since then 19 times so far has scored a score of more than 400. Australia had scored a score of 400 for the first time and in the same match, South Africa also scored a score of 400 and registered a historic win.

In the one-day international, the score of 300 was the first time that England had made India in the 1975 World Cup against India.

The Indian team crossed the Sri Lankans in the ODI series in 2017, crossed the 300-mark for the 100th time and made the first team do so. Record of the biggest score is England (481/6 vs Australia, Nottingham 2018).

The Indian team crossed the 300-mark against Pakistan in Sharjah on April 15, 1996, for the first time. India scored a score of 305/5 in that match and beat Pakistan by 28 runs. India made the 400 for the first time in the 2007 World Cup against Bermuda on March 19 in Port of Spain. India’s score was 413/5 in that match and won by 257 runs.

The record for the biggest score in an innings is 418/5, which was made against the West Indies on 8 December 2011.

Australia first scored 300 against Sri Lanka on 11 June 1975. In that match, Australia had scored 328/5 and defeated Sri Lanka by 52 runs.

The record for the biggest score in an innings is 434/4, which they made against Johannesburg on 12 March 2006 in Johannesburg. Australia has so far scored more than 400 scores twice.

# South Africa (81)
For the first time, South Africa had scored 300 against New Zealand on 11 December 1994. In that match, South Africa had scored 314/7 and defeated New Zealand by 81 runs.

The record for the highest score in an innings is 439/2, which he made against the West Indies on 18 January 2015. South Africa has so far crossed the record of 400 times.

Pakistan first scored 300 against Sri Lanka on 14 June 1975. Pakistan (330/6) defeated Sri Lanka in the match by a huge margin of 192 runs.

The record for the biggest score in an innings is 399/1, which he made against Zimbabwe on July 20, 2018. Pakistan has not even scored a score of 400 once.

For the first time, Sri Lanka made 300 against Zimbabwe on February 23, 1992. Sri Lanka (313/7) defeated Zimbabwe by three wickets in that match.

The record for the highest score in an innings is 443/9, which he made against the Netherlands on 4 July 2006. Sri Lanka has so far crossed the 400 mark twice.

For the first time, England scored 300 against India on 7 June 1975. England (334/4) defeated India by a big margin of 202 in that match.

New Zealand made 300 for the first time against East Africa on June 7, 1975. New Zealand (309/5) defeated East Africa by a huge margin of 181 in that match.

The record for the highest score in an innings is 402/2, which he made against Ireland on 1 July 2008. New Zealand has so far scored a score of 400.

The West Indies first made 300 against Australia on February 22, 1978. West Indies (313/9) defeated Australia by 44 runs in that match.

Zimbabwe made 300 for the first time against Sri Lanka on February 23, 1992. Sri Lanka (313/7) defeated Zimbabwe (312/4) by three wickets in that match.

The record for the highest score in an innings is 351/7, which he made against Kenya on 29 January 2009.

# Bangladesh (13)
Bangladesh first scored 300 against Kenya 17 March 2006 against Kenya. Bangladesh (301/7) defeated Kenya by 131 runs in that match.

The record for the highest score in an innings is 329/6, which he made against Pakistan on April 17, 2015.
Apart from this, Ireland has 12 times, Scotland has 8 times, the Netherlands four times, Afghanistan, Kenya, and
Asia XI three times, Africa XI twice and ICC World XI and UAE scored 300 once.

On November 11, 2018, a total of 662 times in ODIs has scored 300 or more.
